13 Oct 2026: Keys, mistakes and mail
- Press ? anywhere to see every keyboard shortcut. G or N shows where the next key can take you.
- You can now tell us when something is wrong without leaving the app: Report a problem, in the menu at the bottom of the sidebar.
- The tour no longer starts again after you visit the counter.
- Every email from Rugero now looks the same, and says plainly why you got it.
12 Oct 2026: Who decided what, and who lowered a price
- Settings → Changes lists who changed a payout number, opened or closed a store, or changed the team.
- A price lowered at the counter is kept, and Reports → Prices lowered adds it up.
- A buyer who has paid a shop's own number can say so on the order page, with the reference from their phone.
- The founder writes a short note to each new shopkeeper the day after they set up.
